Job Summary

Advise multinational clients in Aon’s UK International Wealth team on global retirement and wider benefits challenges. Lead multinational client relationships and deliver a broad scope spanning DB/DC plan design, pension accounting, governance, financing, investment, M&A, and international mobility. Coordinate global teams to produce clear, practical guidance, lead projects/workstreams with high-quality client service, and contribute to client growth and new solutions for the expanding team.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead multinational client relationships and advise clients on retirement and wider benefits issues across multiple countries.
•Support international retirement and benefits work including DB and DC plan design, pension accounting, governance, financing, investment, M&A, and cross-border benefit challenges.
•Coordinate input from Aon teams worldwide and deliver clear, practical advice to clients.
•Lead projects or significant workstreams, taking responsibility for delivery, reviewing outputs, and ensuring high-quality client service.
•Contribute to new business development, client growth, and development of new solutions as the UK International Wealth team continues to grow.

Key Requirements

•Experience in international retirement, pensions, or benefits consulting, ideally within a global consulting organization, and/or in-house experience with a multinational organization.
•Strong technical knowledge across DB and DC retirement arrangements and the ability to apply it to practical client challenges.
•Experience building, managing, and developing multinational client relationships, including with senior stakeholders.
•A commercial mindset to help sell and deliver international retirement work, spot client needs, and develop proposals.
•Experience in areas such as M&A, pension accounting, international mobility, benefit audits, global governance, strategy, new plan implementation, or plan settlement would be helpful.
