Key Responsibilities

  • •Process Baseline Change Requests (BCRs) and execute program and financial control actions for program execution.
  • •Support Estimates-at-Completion (EACs) and External Reporting including IPMDAR and CFSR.
  • •Use program controls tools (Business Warehouse, Analysis for Office, forProject, SAP/APEX, PMX Tool Suite) to provide EVMS analysis that meets internal and external compliance standards.
  • •Partner with program leadership and functional teams to support financial reviews, variance analysis, and weekly/monthly program reporting.
  • •Provide ad hoc data reporting and support quarterly EAC and analysis versus Latest Revised Estimates (LRE), including EV implementations.

Key Requirements

  • •Typically requires a Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Mathematics, or related field and 5 years finance work experience; or an advanced degree with 3 years finance work experience.
  • •Experience in EVMS, Program Controls, and/or Cost/Schedule Integration.
  • •Experience with SAP, forProject, RTX Tool Suite or similar tools.
  • •Active and transferable U.S. government issued Top-Secret clearance is required prior to start date.
  • •U.S. citizenship is required for eligibility for a security clearance.
