Job Summary

Drive sustainable e-commerce growth by developing and optimizing digital content and shopper experience across South Africa’s e-retail partners. Lead insight-led campaign planning, end-to-end execution, and post-campaign analysis to improve ROAS, conversion, and engagement. Ensure online shelf excellence through SEO-aligned product content, refreshes, and collaboration with agencies. Manage product information in PIM and content platforms, align stakeholders, and govern the e-commerce activation budget.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead the development, implementation, and optimization of e-commerce campaigns across South Africa’s key e-retail partners.
•Develop insight-led activation plans using retailer data, shopper insights, and performance metrics, and manage end-to-end delivery against KPIs, timelines, and budgets.
•Create, optimize, and refresh product content (hero images, titles, descriptions, and enhanced content) using SEO best practices and retailer requirements.
•Manage product information across PIM systems and third-party content platforms, ensuring accuracy and consistency across digital touchpoints.
•Manage e-commerce activation budgets and ensure governance through forecasting, spend tracking, and alignment with finance and trading periods.

Key Requirements

•Minimum 2 years’ relevant experience.
•Bachelor’s degree required.
•Experience developing digital programs and activations end-to-end, from design and development through execution and measurement.
•Experience measuring business impact of digital activations and programs (analytics, targeting, segmentation, and consumer/business insights).
•High knowledge of digital media, trends, and data-driven initiatives, with understanding of the FMCG industry.
