Key Responsibilities

  • •Transport block, mortar, and other materials to job sites safely and make assigned deliveries in a safe, timely manner.
  • •Assist and supervise truck loading to ensure proper order and weight distribution.
  • •Receive delivery instructions and materials from dispatch, then follow them precisely and obtain shipping bills and signatures for returned paperwork.
  • •Maintain accurate records including daily truck logs, fuel tickets, delivery documentation, and required documents according to state and federal regulations.
  • •Perform pre-trip inspections, report equipment concerns, survey job sites, and unload cargo safely; complete routine maintenance of the assigned truck and loading/unloading equipment.

Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma or equivalent.
  • •Must have a current CDL A and at least 2 years of current CDL experience with a clean MVR.

  • •Detail-oriented with good communication skills and the ability to operate a standard transmission.
  • •Must be able to lift or move up to 50 pounds and complete the required DOT yearly physical.
