Key Responsibilities

  • •Create self-organising, flexible teams that are productive during sprints to deliver high-quality outcomes.
  • •Plan and manage each project’s scope and timeline, define/refine scope, estimates, and resource requirements.
  • •Facilitate workshops and meetings to monitor progress, resolve issues, and establish project needs and relationships.
  • •Remove impediments and help teams apply the agile framework used on the project.
  • •Manage budget status reporting and assess time/financial impact of scope changes, using data to support decisions.

Key Requirements

  • •Scrum Master certification or qualification, or equivalent work experience.
  • •Experience applying Scrum, awareness of agile principles, and a data-driven mindset.
  • •Experience in an enterprise agency environment.

  • •Proficiency in written and oral English, plus comfort working with technical terminology and project management tools.
