Key Responsibilities

  • •Identify active and passive talent and develop strategies to engage them
  • •Partner with engineering hiring managers to build structured interview plans that assess technical competencies
  • •Manage a pipeline of requisitions and balance speed with quality to meet hiring goals
  • •Create and implement sourcing strategies to build robust, diverse candidate pipelines
  • •Deliver a high-quality candidate experience throughout the hiring process

Key Requirements

  • •3–5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, with a focus on technical/engineering roles
  • •Demonstrated success in high-volume recruitment for software engineering talent
  • •Experience working in a fast-paced, high-growth tech environment
  • •Excellent project management skills with the ability to handle both high-volume and targeted recruiting while maintaining quality
