Join Commure's engineering talent team as a contract Technical Recruiter to source, engage, and hire software engineering and technical talent for a 6-month engagement. •Identify active and passive talent and develop strategies to engage them
•Partner with engineering hiring managers to build structured interview plans that assess technical competencies
•Manage a pipeline of requisitions and balance speed with quality to meet hiring goals
•Create and implement sourcing strategies to build robust, diverse candidate pipelines
•Deliver a high-quality candidate experience throughout the hiring process

Key Requirements

•3–5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, with a focus on technical/engineering roles
•Demonstrated success in high-volume recruitment for software engineering talent
•Experience working in a fast-paced, high-growth tech environment
•Excellent project management skills with the ability to handle both high-volume and targeted recruiting while maintaining quality
•Strong stakeholder management experience and ability to work independently
