Key Responsibilities

  • •Support DRAM technology development by deploying existing smart-manufacturing solutions to Taiwan and developing new customized tools/solutions.
  • •Capture and analyze user information on adoption of Smart Manufacturing apps; identify gaps, weaknesses, and inefficiencies.
  • •Define business solutions and propose implementation projects leveraging AI and Generative AI where applicable.
  • •Lead and coordinate projects requiring support and management of resources from global teams.
  • •Collaborate with Data Engineers and Data Scientists to design, execute, and deliver smart manufacturing solutions using metrics, predictive analytics, and intelligent decision support.

Key Requirements

  • •Master's or Bachelor's Degree in Engineering.
  • •Minimum 5 years’ experience in Process Equipment Engineering (PEE) or Process Integration Engineering (PIE) within fab processes.
  • •Proven experience leading and managing projects with strong program and project management capabilities.
  • •Strong domain knowledge of fab processes and experience in yield improvement activities.
  • •Strong analytical/problem-solving skills and passion for Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, and Generative AI applied to smart manufacturing and yield improvement.
