Key Responsibilities

  • •Build the partner operating model, including repeatable recruitment, onboarding, enablement, business planning, opportunity management, and performance reviews.
  • •Develop a priority partner portfolio with partner-specific business plans, executive sponsorship, joint account planning, and revenue objectives.
  • •Drive partner-sourced revenue through account mapping, joint prospecting, co-sell motions, and tracking partner pipeline and bookings contribution.
  • •Enable and scale partner readiness by creating enablement materials, coordinating training and workshops, and supporting field activation and repeatable enterprise workflow solutions.
  • •Support commercial development and cross-functional collaboration across Sales, Product/Engineering, Marketing, Customer Success/Delivery, Finance, and Legal to operationalize partner plans and agreements.

Salary: USD 240,000 - 350,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •8–12 years of experience in enterprise software partnerships, alliances, business development, or partner-led go-to-market roles.
  • •Experience across multiple partner models (e.g., systems integrators, consulting firms, technology alliances, ERP platforms, referral/channel relationships).
  • •Proven execution turning partner strategy into practical operating processes, joint business plans, enablement, governance, and commercial results.
  • •Strong partner economics, incentives, and commercial judgment, including experience supporting or negotiating partnership agreements and go-to-market structures.
  • •Strong executive presence and ability to translate technical capabilities into practical business terms while managing multiple workstreams.
