Job Summary

Lead the global strategy, implementation, and sustainment of time and attendance and labor-management systems, including legacy and modern platforms. Serve as service manager for U.S. and international systems, manage escalations, capacity planning, vendor/SOW execution, and modernization roadmaps. Oversee SAP HR/time solutions and support HR/payroll integrations with Workday and other enterprise platforms, partnering with enterprise architects on architecture, CLARA documentation, and Authority-to-Operate requirements.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead global strategy, implementation, and sustainment of Collins Aerospace time & attendance and labor-management systems, including AutoTime, FIT/WIN, CATS, and related transformation efforts.
•Serve as service manager for U.S. and international legacy labor systems, overseeing enhancements, projects, break/fix, and long-term modernization.
•Manage operational escalations for outages, firewalls, infrastructure, integrations, and cross-system dependencies.
•Own team capacity planning and resource balancing across sustainment, enhancement, and project portfolios.
•Oversee SAP HR/time solutions (configuration, testing, specifications, data migration) and lead Statements of Work, vendor relationships, and indirect procurement.

Key Requirements

•Typically requires a university degree and a minimum of 12 years of relevant experience, or an advanced degree with a minimum of 10 years of experience.

•Expertise in SAP CATS, time evaluation, payroll schemas, and work schedules.
•Demonstrated leadership managing complex enterprise systems, projects, and sustainment operations.
•Experience leading cross-functional teams and directing vendor or contractor resources.
