Job Summary

Drive adoption and deployment of Zoom Contact Center (CCaaS), Zoom Virtual Agent, and Zoom Engagement Management in Japan. Expand awareness with existing Zoom customers and evangelize to new prospects as a market-facing CX specialist. Manage enterprise account sales efforts, lead training for product/services demos and sales materials, and use CRM tools to drive pipeline and growth. Based in Tokyo and reporting to the Head of CX Sales, APJ.

Key Responsibilities

•Grow adoption and deployment of Zoom Contact Center, Zoom Virtual Agent, and Zoom Engagement Management in Japan.
•Increase awareness among existing Zoom customers while acting as a market evangelist for new customers and prospects.
•Drive service introduction and expansion using Zoom CX capabilities.
•Report to the Head of CX Sales, APJ, and collaborate with global leadership.
•Lead product/service training, demos, and creation/use of sales and learning materials for others.

Key Requirements

•10+ years of telephony contact center sales experience (cloud and premises PBX), with team leader experience strongly required.
•Fluent business communication in Japanese and English (role is based in Tokyo).
•Experience selling into strategic enterprise accounts.
•Experience leading others with product/service training, demos, sales guides, and learning materials.
•Experience using Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools and travel as needed.
