Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead and maintain Quality Management Systems (QMS) in compliance with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 requirements.
  • •Ensure internal, customer, and certification audits are executed successfully.
  • •Drive customer quality by addressing complaints and warranty issues and leading root cause analysis using 8D and related methodologies.
  • •Develop and monitor supplier quality through audits, capability assessments, quality KPIs, and supplier scorecards.
  • •Lead Lean Manufacturing Kaizen and Six Sigma initiatives and support new product introduction using APQP, PPAP, PFMEA, control plans, and process validation.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering or a related discipline.
  • •12–15 years of experience in Quality Assurance and Quality Management in manufacturing industries.
  • •Proven experience with customer quality, supplier quality, and manufacturing quality.
  • •Strong knowledge of QMS standards including ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001.
  • •Hands-on experience with APQP, PPAP, PFMEA, MSA, SPC, control plans, and problem-solving tools.
