Key Responsibilities

  • •Ensure safety policies are followed and maintain procedures meeting IATF 16949 and customer-specific requirements.
  • •Oversee production planning, weekly production schedule publishing, and monitoring so inventory supports on-time shipments.
  • •Maintain capacity planning, review constraints for bottlenecks, and manage phase-in/phase-out of engineering changes and new products to minimize obsolescence.
  • •Manage raw material ordering/shortages, site purchasing, returnable packaging inventory, repack operations, and FIFO on all materials.
  • •Own and verify SAP master data (BOMs, recipes, inventory), troubleshoot SAP inventory/customer issues, and lead cycle counting and inventory risk reporting (including aged inventory).

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, business, or a related field; or a 2-year degree with 3–5 years of experience in production scheduling and planning.
  • •5+ years of supply chain/materials management experience in a manufacturing environment, with automotive and/or IATF 16949 experience strongly preferred.
  • •APICS/ASCM (CPIM, CSCP) or similar certification is a plus.
  • •3–5 years of hands-on SAP experience (MM/PP) with strong Excel and Word skills.
  • •Proven ability to lead, coach, and develop a team; strong analytical skills and cross-functional collaboration to meet customer demand.
