Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead regional, cross-functional projects end-to-end using PM methodology, managing dependencies and escalating issues with solutions.
  • •Support T4RM (S/4Hana) implementation and governance by coordinating stakeholders and overseeing user training, UAT, Hypercare, Cutover, and Go Live.
  • •Drive continuous improvement initiatives within inbound logistics scope, aligning deliverables and timelines with leadership.
  • •Own change management by engaging stakeholders early, empowering change champions, addressing resistance, and sustaining change through regular reviews.
  • •Finalize and hand over projects with approved documentation stored appropriately, capturing lessons learned to improve future performance.

Key Requirements

  • •University degree focused on Supply Chain Management (or equivalent education and experience).
  • •Minimum 5-6 years of progressive experience in mid-to-large scale program/project management in logistics/transport or supply chain.
  • •Experience managing large budgets and delivering change and transformation through processes and people.
  • •Recognized program management qualification and strong cross-functional partnership skills to guide, influence, and manage teams.
  • •PMP or PMI certification is a plus.
