Job Summary

Support the Luxury Resale category on TikTok Shop by assisting with product and livestream strategy, merchant onboarding, and merchant incentive policy execution. Help refine merchant operating methodologies, drive merchant education and participation for promotional campaigns, and improve registration rates. Monitor core business metrics, perform category and merchant-level analysis across operations and assortment performance, and collaborate cross-functionally to solve operational challenges.

Key Responsibilities

•Support the Luxury Resale category with product strategy, livestream strategy, and merchant operations management on TikTok Shop.
•Assist with onboarding and ramp-up of newly acquired merchants, including execution of merchant incentive policies and adoption through merchant task mechanisms.
•Summarize and refine merchant operating methodologies, conduct merchant education via outreach tools, and support merchant growth and development.
•Support platform campaign operations by communicating key info for major promotional events, improving merchant participation and registration rates, and resolving process issues.
•Monitor and analyze core business metrics and conduct category/merchant-level analysis to identify issues and collaborate on solutions.

Key Requirements

•Currently pursuing an undergraduate or master’s degree, preferably in Business, Marketing, E-commerce, or related fields.
•Strong interest in e-commerce and the creator economy.
•Excellent problem-solving and communication skills; comfortable working with cross-functional teams.
•Proven ability to learn quickly, execute, manage stress, and coordinate resources with strong project management skills.
•(Preferred) Internship or full-time experience in an e-commerce business and understanding of the industry landscape.
