Key Responsibilities

•Lead day-to-day occupancy planning activities and space allocations, ensuring alignment with business unit requirements and strategic goals.
•Develop and maintain relationships with business contacts to understand needs and provide space solutions.
•Lead executive-level presentations with business unit leaders on space needs and utilization.
•Implement, track, and report on space allocations and FlexSpace designations, collaborating with the MAC team and keeping the Serraview system up-to-date.
•Manage Occupancy Planner(s) and work with RESS leadership to develop and lead the master occupancy plan for the Santa Clara Campus, supporting smaller global sites as they grow.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 120,000 - 201,250 annually

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field.
•More than 6 years of demonstrated real estate planning experience with over 3 years in a management role.
•Outstanding data analytics capabilities; experience with Tableau is a bonus.
•Comfort working in multiple time zones and in a high-growth, dynamic company.
•Excellent customer service, negotiation, and communication skills; ability to partner with multiple departments and meet demanding deadlines.
