Regional Director, Transaction Solutions, Asia - Tax Leader

Lead the Transaction Solutions (AMATS) business across Asia with a focus on tax insurance. Drive advisory, broking, delivery, and product enablement spanning W&I, Tax, Contingency, and related insurances for M&A and other client situations. Build and manage an AMATS relationship network with external stakeholders and internal colleagues, represent the business at meetings and seminars, and develop and train the regional team and client leaders on the tax insurance offering.
