Key Responsibilities

  • •Achieve individual and collective sales targets while delivering exceptional guest experience in-store.
  • •Support implementation of CRM, CX, and key customer/people initiatives; ensure customer data is captured in line with marketing requirements.
  • •Collect data on customer behavior, top sellers, and slow movers to inform business reviews.
  • •Drive client relationships using an omnichannel approach; provide pre-buying product feedback.
  • •Maintain VM guidelines and SOPs, ensure click and collect is completed within SLAs, and support CX initiatives, loyalty promotion, and in-store marketing events.
