Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

  • •Sweep and mop warehouse floors.
  • •Use stretch wrap to cover pallets when the automatic system fails to cover them.
  • •Pick up and restack product cases and pallets that have fallen or been knocked over.
  • •Set manual dock plates using a chain mechanism and perform overhead pulling tasks during 12-hour shift dock and lift activities.
  • •Move and dump garbage and recycle bins, and occasionally move inbound receipt boxes.

Key Requirements

  • •Perform all job functions safely in a busy, high-traffic environment and remain aware of surroundings around machinery, vehicles, and pedestrians.
  • •Must be qualified to possess a forklift operator’s license.
  • •Must be able to regularly lift, push, or pull up to 50 lbs.
  • •Must regularly wear required PPE, including hearing protection, safety glasses, safety-toed shoes, cut-resistant gloves, and other listed protective gear.
  • •Must be able to handle physically demanding work such as repetitive forklift control use and frequent entering/exiting of the forklift.
