Key Responsibilities

  • •Compile and present KPIs for key business functions to support management reviews, on a monthly basis
  • •Raise, monitor, and verify CAPA/8D actions and drive robust RCCA with relevant stakeholders
  • •Compile and maintain company documentation, and maintain training materials with deployment of training
  • •Drive internal quality culture initiatives with cross-functional involvement, including the “I Own Quality” initiative
  • •Undertake internal audits per the audit schedule and maintain progression of company approvals such as AS EN 9100 and UK CAA Part 21 & 145

Key Requirements

  • •HNC/Degree qualified preferred, or relevant experience considered in lieu of education
  • •Aerospace engineering and aerospace regulatory knowledge (EASA/AS9100) and experience in a similar quality role
  • •Practical experience with CAPA/8D and participation in PFMEA/8D
  • •Sound practical experience with Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, Access) and strong IT skills
  • •Audit trained (preferably Lead Auditor level) with excellent communication verbally and in writing
