Key Responsibilities

  • •Prepare and review balance sheet account reconciliations per Account Reconciliation Policy and Standards.
  • •Ensure balance sheet account transaction flow is understood and recorded in process procedures.
  • •Meet SLA targets and ensure reconciliations are completed timely to required metrics.
  • •Investigate and report breaks to business partners; follow up on open items and complete documentation for aged items.
  • •Provide daily process reports and drive potential process improvements, risk reduction, and non-compliance highlighting.

Key Requirements

  • •B.Com/M.Com with MBA (Finance) or Qualified CA / CA Inter / CA Group-1.
  • •0-3 years of balance sheet reconciliation experience.
  • •Excellent understanding of accounting concepts and balance sheet reconciliation domain and tools.
  • •Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • •Good communication skills with ability to explain account activity to internal/external audit queries.
