Contracting Controls & Digital Operations Leader

Lead and mentor a contracting controls team in delivering standard work for the Contracting business. Partner with regional operations leadership on business planning, financial reporting, and resource allocation, while driving compliance and key performance metrics. Implement continuous improvement using lean leadership and change management, establish standard work and confirmation audits, and support operational excellence through hiring, onboarding, documentation, and project controls execution. Improve customer satisfaction through proactive issue resolution and corrective actions.
