Own accounts payable tasks to ensure accurate, timely, compliant invoice processing. Process PO-based invoices by matching purchase orders and goods receipts, manage non-PO invoices with correct approvals and coding, and coordinate with procurement, finance, and vendors to resolve aged disputes. Support month-end AP activities, P2P process improvements, GRIR reconciliation, aged balance analysis, reporting, and internal/external audits while maintaining strong records and internal controls.
