Key Responsibilities

  • •Assist with collecting, compiling, and analyzing data from the site, surveys, blueprints, GIS data, subsurface utility information, maps, geotechnical data, and other matrices for project development, design, and construction.
  • •Perform research and inspections of proposed and existing site conditions, resources, building, infrastructure, and transportation channels to determine conformance with rules, standards, and permits.
  • •Provide entry-level technical assistance on design requirements, operating strategies to ensure safety and functionality of end-users and systems.
  • •Verify site characteristics and provide basic technical assistance on engineering, design, and construction issues.
  • •Generate complete, accurate documentation using electronic systems, drawings, and field notebooks/logs.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering; 0 to 1 years of relevant post-education experience; Authorization to work in the United States
  • •Excellent research skills with an analytical mindset
  • •Familiarity with process and concepts for design/build
  • •Familiarity with civil construction laws, codes, regulations, compliance practices, and record-keeping requirements
  • •Ability to work independently under general supervision and as part of a team; strong communication and organizational skills
