Key Responsibilities

•Lead end-to-end GTM planning and execution for major launches, strategic feature releases, and cross-functional initiatives across the product portfolio
•Act as a product marketing DRI across Product, Marketing, Sales, CS, and Enablement—driving alignment and execution through influence and quality of work
•Build and maintain launch plans, timelines, deliverables, dependencies, and readiness criteria so every stakeholder knows what's needed and when
•Translate product plans and launch milestones into clear internal narratives, executive updates, and field-facing communication
•Help run and improve the NPI process and related launch frameworks, templates, and governance on a day-to-day basis

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 213,800 - 264,000 annually

•Experience building messaging, launch content, and field-facing assets that support adoption and revenue outcomes
