Job Summary

Own end-to-end project and programme management for corporate development initiatives, spanning due diligence through to integration and transition. Act as the central hub for sophisticated M&A activity, coordinating across corporate development, the business, and external counterparties to keep projects moving. Lead governance and delivery across multiple workstreams, manage budgets, and produce reporting for senior stakeholders in the UK/EMEA.

Key Responsibilities

•Take ownership of end-to-end project and programme management for corporate development initiatives, spanning due diligence through to integration and transition.
•Act as the central hub for sophisticated M&A activity, coordinating collaborators across corporate development, the business, and external counterparties to keep projects moving smoothly.
•Lead structured governance and delivery, building robust project plans, aligning schedules, managing risks, and overseeing budgets across multiple workstreams.
•Drive clear, consistent communication, ensuring all parties are aligned on priorities, milestones, and deliverables throughout the transaction lifecycle.
•Produce insightful reporting and analysis across individual projects and the wider portfolio, enabling informed decision-making by senior stakeholders.

Key Requirements

•Experience in the insurance industry (e.g. broking or underwriting property & casualty or specialty lines) is highly desirable.
•Strong organisational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple workstreams.
•Clear written and verbal communication skills.
•An analytical approach and a proactive, collaborative mindset to learn and develop skills.
•Progress toward or completion of relevant insurance qualifications (e.g. ACII).
