Senior / Principal Sustainability Consultant – BREEAM Assessor

Lead and manage building certification projects, bids, and early design-stage sustainability advisory for a growing UK building certification team. Provide expert guidance on BREEAM, WELL and related certification schemes, support clients with decarbonisation targets and net zero pathways, and analyse datasets to deliver clear technical reports and recommendations. Collaborate with multidisciplinary specialists, mentor junior consultants, coordinate stakeholders, and oversee internal quality assurance to drive high-quality delivery.
