Key Responsibilities

  • •Support concept development, requirements management, and design oversight for RF and EW systems.
  • •Lead or support system integration, design verification, fault identification, and failure resolution, including acceptance of production hardware.
  • •Provide engineering oversight for lab test and qualification activities, analyzing issues related to system hardware and firmware functionality and performance.
  • •Support customer inquiries, field failures, obsolescence, system enhancements, new product development, and transitions to production.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in a STEM discipline (preferably systems engineering, electrical engineering, software engineering, or physics) plus 2 years of relevant systems engineering and/or RF systems experience.
  • •Experience with digital/analog signal processing, waveform and signal modulation analysis, and/or algorithm implementation and testing.
  • •Experience producing and presenting system design information and/or system test results to internal or external customers.
  • •Ability and willingness to complete occasional business travel, up to 20%.
  • •Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government-issued security clearance; U.S. citizenship required.
