Technical Director, Capture Management Lead – Nuclear

Lead capture management for enterprise critical pursuits in the UK nuclear sector, owning strategy from identification through submission. Drive discovery, differentiation, bid planning and debrief/lessons learnt, while building relationships with client decision-makers and internal stakeholders. Coordinate complex pursuit teams across bid, marketing, technical, operations and commercial functions, improve capture/win rates through sales lifecycle rigor, and champion positioning campaigns that enhance brand awareness and client trust.
