Key Responsibilities

  • •Design and implement an Agentic AI-driven SDLC framework covering requirement generation, code review, test automation, and release orchestration
  • •Architect and orchestrate multi-agent systems to boost developer productivity, QA automation, and DevOps intelligence
  • •Evaluate, compare, and integrate AI tools, LLMs, and frameworks (e.g., OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, Semantic Kernel), defining selection strategies and integration patterns
  • •Integrate AI capabilities into Azure DevOps pipelines for intelligent CI/CD, automated quality gates, and risk scoring
  • •Define and implement AI governance, observability, and evaluation frameworks for model performance, prompt management, and cost optimization

Pay and Benefits

Salary: EUR 4,300 - 10,000 monthly

Key Requirements

  • •7+ years in software engineering/architecture, with 3+ years in applied AI/ML or LLM-based systems
  • •Proven experience designing AI-enabled SDLC or developer productivity solutions
  • •Strong experience with the .NET ecosystem (e.g., .NET Core, C#, Web APIs, microservices)
  • •Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps (CI/CD pipelines, boards, repos, test plans)
  • •Deep understanding of multi-agent orchestration, LLM integration, and prompt engineering
