•Acts as a project or system leader, coordinating the activities of other engineers on the project or within the system.
•Determines the technical tasks that other engineers will follow.

•Proactively improves existing structures & processes.
•Exercises judgement in reconciling diverse and competing priorities to identify optimal solutions.

Salary: USD 176,500 - 262,350 annually

•5+ years relevant experience and a Bachelor’s degree OR Any equivalent combination of education and experience.
•Demonstrated ability to lead engineering efforts and mentor teams, providing technical guidance to senior leaders on systems and strategy.
•Experience designing, estimating and implementing new and refactored software services at scale with a focus on security and reliability.
•Advanced skills with distributed services and backend systems; strong experience with AWS/GCP/Azure and infrastructure as code (Terraform).
•Ability to own performance and availability, participate in on-call rotations, and deliver high-quality code within SDLC.
