Key Responsibilities

  • •Perform financial modelling and projections for investment management and development teams, and coach/mentor analysts
  • •Analyse company financial statements, accounts, and sector data; interpret economic/political drivers impacting the renewable energy sector
  • •Support transactions by running parts of transaction workstreams, managing due diligence timelines, and supporting client/investor inquiries
  • •Assist with transaction documentation by interpreting/developing basic legal documentation and commercial contracts
  • •Develop high-quality PowerPoint slides and reports for fundraising, investor, board, shareholder, and corporate presentations

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Mathematics or Economics
  • •6 to 8 years’ experience post-qualification in a relevant field
  • •Previous experience in Investment Management, Private Equity, Power & Infrastructure is desirable
  • •Advanced financial modelling proficiency and understanding of financial statements (P&L, balance sheet, cash flow)
  • •Fluent written and spoken English, with strong analytical skills and excellent interpersonal/presentation skills
