Key Responsibilities

  • •Build and refine analytical models for capacity planning and forecasting to align with growth and operational demand
  • •Own data pipelines to ensure reliable and accurate data flow and reporting
  • •Develop predictive models and perform cause-and-effect analysis to identify drivers and optimise processes
  • •Provide strategic insights to assess operational health of KYC/FinCrime and other metrics affecting customer experience
  • •Monitor performance of key initiatives and contribute to KPI framework and reporting pipelines

Key Requirements

  • •2+ years of experience in analytics with a track record of solving complex operational problems
  • •Background in statistics, maths, physics, engineering, economics, or a scientific field
  • •Experience with operational team analytics including capacity planning, forecasting, efficiency analysis, quality assurance, predictive analytics, and experimentation
  • •Experience with complex data models in SQL (Snowflake warehouse) and analyzing with SQL/Python/R
  • •Experience with data visualization tools (Looker, PowerBI, Tableau) and data storytelling
