Key Responsibilities

  • •Prepare the bar and mise-en-place before service, ensuring required supplies and proper storage/temperature conditions.
  • •Prepare and serve a wide range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages and cocktails per established recipes and sequence-of-service standards.
  • •Maintain cleanliness, organization, and safety of the bar, including equipment, glassware, stock, and storage areas.
  • •Complete daily bar inventories, sales and stock reports, requisitions, and equipment checks while maintaining appropriate par levels.
  • •Provide knowledgeable wine and beverage service, use suggestive selling to enhance guest satisfaction and outlet revenue, and assist with cashiering/cash reconciliation when required.

Key Requirements

  • •Ability to communicate satisfactorily in English with guests, co-workers, and management.
  • •At least a vocational diploma in any discipline.
  • •Minimum 1 year of hospitality experience, preferably in a bartending role in a similar operation.
  • •Knowledgeable in various beverages and cocktails.
  • •Computer literate.
