Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop, monitor, and optimize inventory replenishment models and supply execution strategies to support manufacturing requirements while minimizing excess, waste, and obsolescence.
  • •Manage forecast and supply planning activities including material requirements planning, buffer stock review, lead time maintenance, inventory health monitoring, and supplier commitments.
  • •Oversee inventory scheduling, delivery execution, and order adjustments with suppliers based on demand, production schedules, or material availability; escalate risks and constraints to ensure supply continuity.
  • •Perform root-cause analysis and follow-up corrective actions for material shortage issues and support material obsolescence management and inventory optimization.
  • •Partner with internal stakeholders and suppliers to align on metrics/process indicators, enable automation and reporting dashboards, and drive continuous improvement through digital enablement and analytics.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Business, Operations Management, or a related field.
  • •0–1 year of experience in supply chain, procurement, logistics, material planning, inventory management, manufacturing operations, or related areas.
  • •Proficiency in Microsoft 365 (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, SharePoint, and Teams).
  • •Experience with data visualization/reporting tools such as Power BI or Tableau (advantage).
  • •Willingness to learn and apply Copilot, Power BI, Power Automate, and AI-enabled tools to improve ISM productivity and support supply risk management.
