Key Responsibilities

  • •Coordinate and ensure consistent application of project management policies, governance, and processes across the Qatar Technical Institute.
  • •Oversee project baselines and manage change control, including risk, opportunity, and resourcing activities.
  • •Support Contract Closure activities and document evidence for contractual payment milestones.
  • •Manage and coordinate Good Ideas and Continuous Improvement processes, including supporting monthly risk & opportunities meetings and BFPR failure tracking.
  • •Provide reporting and governance support to stakeholders and act as focal points for Technical Institute change control and internal resource management processes.

Key Requirements

  • •APM Project Management Qualification or IPMA Level D equivalent plus 5 years’ experience working in complex project control systems.
  • •Ability to discharge project management delivery and project control responsibilities in tandem.
  • •Competent in the use of IT, spreadsheets, word processing, and database management.
  • •Experience coordinating multiple priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic operating environment with a high degree of autonomy.
  • •Experience communicating with the customer community while understanding Middle East cultural sensitivities.
