Night Audit Representative

Provide exceptional guest service during the night shift by performing end-of-day front desk and night audit duties. Accurately record, report, and balance receipts, process check-out payments and changes, and ensure credit card postings and master bill audits are correct. Prepare computer systems and daily backups for the following day, distribute daily reports, and assist other departments as needed to drive 100% guest satisfaction.
