Key Responsibilities

  • •Supervise, train, appraise, and coordinate plant personnel in control room, coal handling, and other equipment operations and maintenance (including instruments and controls).
  • •Lead plant personnel including Unit Operating Engineers, Production Operating Engineers, Master Control Technicians, and Coal Equipment Operating Engineers.
  • •Ensure safe, reliable, legal, and efficient operation of the plant on PM, Owl, and weekend shifts.

Key Requirements

  • •Demonstrated willingness and ability to work rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays.
  • •Demonstrate good decision-making, communication, leadership skills, and good technical knowledge of power plant principles.
