Job Summary

Lead TikTok’s Agency Partnerships team in Berlin, driving sales strategy and quota attainment while coaching experienced Agency Partnership Managers. Key Responsibilities

•Establish sales strategy and execution plans to achieve sales quota and team goals.
•Develop and coach Agency Partnership Managers on goals, milestones, and performance tracking toward revenue objectives.
•Support agencies in developing new revenue streams through ecosystem partnerships, including TikTok Shop and creator-led services.
•Lead trading deal negotiations with the trading team, defining commercial objectives that strengthen strategic relationships.
•Establish and nurture relationships with C-suite agency stakeholders and represent TikTok externally at industry events.

Key Requirements

•5+ years experience delivering results in digital media within a fast-paced environment.
•4+ years of people management experience building, coaching, and developing high-performing teams.
•Experience building C-level relationships with Big 6 agencies and developing strategic partnership plans.
•Sales and consulting mindset with the ability to open opportunities with C-level stakeholders at large agencies.
•Excellent verbal and written German and English communication skills.
