Job Summary

Provide Air Traffic Management expertise to be integrated into ATM solutions, supporting pre-sales, co-design, and delivery across Europe. You will assist development teams, evaluate operational maturity, lead demonstrations and training, and collaborate with Product Owners, System Engineers and customers to ensure effective ATM system deployment.

Key Responsibilities

•Support pre-sales activities, co-engineering tasks and solution co-design.
•Support development teams by providing Air Traffic Management operational expertise.
•Evaluate system operational maturity and share status reports.
•Prepare and lead customer demonstrations, qualifications and training activities; Participate in solution design and work closely with Product Owners and System Engineers.
•Contribute to dataset preparation and collaborate with integration and verification teams to support project activities.

Key Requirements

•2+ years’ experience in similar positions on projects delivering a complex software solution.
•Instructor grade or Air Traffic Control qualifications.
•Experience in the ATM Domain and Air Traffic Management standards (e.g., ICAO, Eurocontrol, AID).
•Experience in Dataset preparation for an ATM System.
•Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to collaborate with diverse stakeholders and international customers.
