Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead, scale, and inspire a company-wide mobile engineering organization, directly managing senior technical leads.
  • •Define and execute the company-wide mobile roadmap in partnership with Product Management, Design, and executive stakeholders.
  • •Oversee technical execution, quality standards, and release velocity for client applications and developer-facing native SDKs.
  • •Establish organization-wide standards for mobile architecture, security compliance, accessibility, continuous integration, and automated testing pipelines.
  • •Recruit, hire, and retain iOS/Android engineering talent, and drive headcount planning, budgeting, and vendor partner relationships.

Key Requirements

  • •12+ years of professional software engineering experience with deep mobile background (iOS and Android).
  • •5+ years of engineering management experience leading multi-team mobile organizations.
  • •Proven ability to deliver enterprise-grade, high-volume native mobile apps and public developer SDKs.
  • •Track record partnering with cross-functional executive teams in an Agile SaaS environment.
  • •Demonstrated knowledge of enterprise mobile security/privacy, OAuth/SSO standards, and SDK distribution lifecycles.
