Key Responsibilities

•Design, implement and build large-scale distributed systems, ensuring availability, scalability, performance and efficiency of services for adidas’ web and mobile platforms.
•Drive CI/CD strategy, balancing velocity with reliability, quality and security across teams.
•Automate repetitive toil and improve recovery time by implementing robust automation and self-healing capabilities.
•Improve observability and alerting to reduce MTTR and prevent incidents through proactive monitoring and post-mortems.
•Define and iterate on SLIs, SLOs and SLAs as part of the service lifecycle and participate in on-call incident support.

Key Requirements

•Strong knowledge of Site Reliability Engineering principles and practices.
•4/5 years in DevOps or SRE roles.
•College or university degree with focus on IT or equivalent experience.
•Strong interpersonal and communication skills with proficiency in English.
•Aptitude to be a good team player and eagerness to learn and implement new technologies.
