Key Responsibilities

•Manage relationships with Global, National, and Regional Insurance Brokers and Agents to deliver profitable growth by selling a broad and differentiated suite of commercial insurance solutions.
•Drive underwriting team towards achieving the area’s financial growth targets and maintain Zurich front of mind with the broker community.
•Market and communicate the development of new revenue-producing programs, field personnel, and operational development through performance, financial and operations management, and special projects.
•Coach and mentor underwriting teams and play a critical role as part of the Zurich regional leadership team.
•Develop and implement long-term revenue-producing sales programs and strategies in collaboration with market basket plans.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 115,200 - 188,700 annually

Key Requirements

•Bachelors Degree and 7+ years of experience in the Sales area
•High School Diploma or Equivalent and 9+ years of experience in the Sales area
•Zurich Certified Insurance Apprentice including an Associate Degree and 7+ years of experience in the Sales area
•Leadership experience of multidisciplinary teams internally and externally
•Strong broker network in the Great Lakes Region including Michigan and Indiana
