Key Responsibilities

  • •Pitch, structure, and execute ABL transactions for targeted Fifth Third prospects/clients (credit facilities from $10 to $250 million).
  • •Establish and develop relationships with key prospects and referral sources, and coordinate with internal partners including Investment Bankers and Capital Markets teams.
  • •Actively participate in networking events and organizations to maintain market visibility and lending relationships.
  • •Prepare and deliver detailed written presentations and concise verbal presentations to internal credit committees.
  • •Lead a team of junior ABL bankers across opportunity evaluation through closing/funding, while managing and prioritizing the financing pipeline.

Salary: USD 121,900 - 262,100 annually

Key Requirements

  • •8+ years of Asset-Based Lending or related financial services experience.
  • •Extensive knowledge of ABL products and market trends, including private equity, capital markets, merger and acquisition structures, and credit analysis.
  • •Proven track record of originating and closing complex loan transactions.
  • •Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills for prospects, referral sources, and internal partners.
  • •Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred, ideally with concentration in Business or Finance/Accounting.
