Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead and manage architectural projects through all phases of design and construction
  • •Coordinate multidisciplinary project teams to ensure design quality, technical accuracy, and timely delivery
  • •Serve as primary client contact throughout project development
  • •Oversee the preparation and review of design documentation and construction drawings
  • •Monitor project schedules, budgets, and deliverables in alignment with client expectations

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Architecture and 6+ years of professional experience or demonstrated equivalency of experience and education
  • •Licensed Architect in California is preferred and highly desirable
  • •Proficiency in design and project management software such as Revit, AutoCAD, and MS Project
  • •Experience in architectural project management, including working in California market and leading projects of varying scales
  • •Strong understanding of California building codes, zoning regulations, and permitting processes; exceptional communication and organizational skills
