Process and General Operator

As a Process & General Assembler in the Crossgar manufacturing team, you will mechanically assemble and electrically test products while meeting quality, cost, and schedule requirements. You’ll perform tasks such as mechanical assembly, electrical testing, basic soldering, packaging, paint preparation, and materials handling. The role also includes continuous improvement participation, maintaining tools and work instructions, following control procedures, working some periods without supervision, and supporting shift patterns and overtime needs.
