Key Responsibilities

  • •Vaccinate and move birds as required to feed conversion houses, growing houses, laying houses, or live haul loading areas.
  • •Set up poultry houses including cages, shavings, and spraying of pesticides.
  • •Clean and disinfect equipment and vehicles used in moving birds, supplies, or equipment.
  • •Complete production paperwork or data entry into a computer-based tracking system and perform simple math for recorded information.
  • •Follow farm duties and biosecurity/animal welfare practices, including required showering/changing and PPE usage.
