Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage the Design Management team, supporting leadership with business development and team performance reviews.
  • •Lead Design Management projects across the UK and internationally, including mentoring, training, and review of team outputs for quality and contractual compliance.
  • •Manage AECOM financial processes including invoicing, business planning target tracking, and cash flow projections.
  • •Oversee sub-consultant management: define responsibility matrices, draft back-to-back contracts, update contract changes, and prepare and maintain monthly financial reporting.
  • •Establish and implement Design Management procedures covering roles/scope, design programmes and progress reporting, deliverables/outputs, quality, budgets/change, approvals, and coordination of meetings and workshops.
