Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead audits and reviews across the Americas aligned with the approved audit plan, delivering thorough assessments and actionable insights.
  • •Plan and execute end-to-end audits, including scoping, risk assessment, fieldwork, and reporting with high-quality, timely delivery.
  • •Build relationships with regional stakeholders and act as a trusted advisor through clear recommendations.
  • •Improve and innovate audit methodologies to increase the value delivered by the audit function.
  • •Collaborate to strengthen governance and risk management and foster growth and professional development within the team.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
  • •At least 5 years of internal audit experience in a multinational B2B or B2C company, including exposure to a broad range of topics and experience developing tailored frameworks with stakeholders.
  • •Relevant professional certification such as CIA, CISA, CIIA, or CPA.
  • •Fluent English and Portuguese.
  • •Ability to use technology and data analytics to improve audit processes and outcomes (IT audit experience is desirable).
