Safety Coordinator I

Coordinate and supervise safety programs for the Mosheim and Greeneville plants. Inspect operations to ensure safe job practices, proper PPE use, and working machine/process guards. Investigate accidents and near misses, implement corrective actions, and support safety committee activities. Deliver new-hire and ongoing training (including forklift certification), manage first-aid/CPR readiness, oversee fire inspection tours, maintain OSHA 300 logs, and coordinate communication across management, HR, and claims administrators.
