Key Responsibilities

  • •Operate forklifts, cranes, conveyors, and other material handling equipment to move steel products.
  • •Safely load and unload steel materials from trucks, conveyors, and storage areas according to standard operating procedures.
  • •Maintain accurate records of material movement, stock levels, and distribution logs.
  • •Follow workplace safety regulations, including PPE usage, load capacity limits, and equipment maintenance checks.
  • •Conduct pre-operational checks and routine maintenance on handling equipment and inspect materials for damage before transportation.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum 3 years working experience; 2 years relevant experience; 1 year GCC experience is a plus.
  • •Experience operating forklifts, overhead cranes, and other material-handling machinery.
  • •Knowledge of steel product handling, storage, and distribution requirements.
  • •Understanding of workplace safety standards, load balancing, and hazardous material handling.
  • •ERP knowledge with preferably SAP functional skills is required for success in the role.
